Our son John who lives in Huntington, Utah came to University Hospital Orthopaedic Center to have surgery this Monday. He has been having real bad problems with his feet and the Doctor down there sent him up here to a Doctor Timothy Beals who specializing in reconstructive foot surgery.John has a genetic disease called Charcot-Marie-Tooth it really is a bad thing but with this operation he will be much better and back to work on the rail road in 4 months. The surgery took 6 hours!!His Doctor is one of a very few who can do this and we are so glad that he could. Richard took him home yesterday and he made the trip home okay. We wish him a quick recovery.I am putting a picture of his Doctor on he is a very nice one.

Glad he got home safe! It broke my heart to see him in the hospital like that. His poor toes were swollen. Love that guy!
I hope he has a speedy recovery!
Glad he's feeling better...6 hours...whew! That's like giving birth! I've done foot surgery with a 10" rod in my foot for 6 weeks. There's light at the end of the tunnel. Give him our love!
Get well soon.
