We had to go up to Park City and while there I wanted to go to the Kimball Art Center and see the Evening Gowns of Miss America 1953 that was a long time ago and it was great to see all of those old gowns.She is now a part time resident of Park City.On display were 12 gowns and also her crown worn during her reign as Miss America. Also her Mother had taken all the ribbons from the flowers she received at her pagents and made a beautiful silk quilt from them.I love old things and a little history is good!
